Foam fire extinguishers work by creating a blanket film over the flames that suffocates the fire. They contain AFFF, or Aqueous Film Forming Foam and are ideal substance for spraying on Class A and B fires, so you can use just one extinguisher to cover both wood, paper and fabric fires, or flammable liquids such as petrol, spirits and paints, etc.(Not Alcohol or cooking oils). The extinguishers are BSEN3 approved, CE Marked approved, BSi Kitemarked.
